Our main focus is providing affordable, quality housing for PCT off campus housing. We provide numerous housing options for students at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Klotz Housing specializes in finding unique properties and locations that for many reasons are left in need of some vision and a lot of hard work. Located at 1103 West Mountain Ave. South Williamsport Pa. This historic, family property has undergone a complete renovation. This is the property where the Klotz family began in Lycoming County, now four generations ago. It had sat vacant for a long time and used as storage. The property will soon be available as short-term furnished rental options.
